A Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a master’s degree in nursing, specializes in Primary Care, chronic pain management, and Medical Cannabis prescribing. She commenced her nursing education in Uzbekistan, then furthered her studies in Israel, and finally obtained her Master's Degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification in Canada. She is certified to practice in Ontario, Canada and as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her credentials also include certifications in Neuroscience Nursing, Palliative Care, and Medical Cannabis prescribing.

With over 30 years of diverse nursing experience across various clinical settings and an extensive teaching record, Bella aims to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered health care services.
