Appointments can be cancelled anytime through the Patient Portal or by chatting with the digital assistant.

NEW PATIENT

Booking as a
new patient.

We are accepting new patients at our Stittsville clinic. Before your first visit, we will need a few details to set up your file and ensure we provide the right care.
Register.
Complete the intake form. It takes about three minutes and sets up your file before you arrive.
Review the fees.
Nurse practitioner care in Ontario is not covered by OHIP. The price page shows what every appointment costs, so nothing is a surprise. Payment is taken at the end of your visit. Debit, Visa or Mastercard, and cash are accepted.
Choose a date and time.
Appointment reminders are sent one week and 24 hours before your appointment.
Agree to the consent form.
This comes by email and can be completed before you come in.

Reminders are sent one week and 24 hours ahead. Bring your health card if you have one, along with a list of your current medications. If you have recent bloodwork or specialist reports, upload them to your Patient Portal beforehand. It saves time in the appointment, and you may not need tests repeated. To change or cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice, through the digital assistant or by calling the clinic.
