Our model of care

Structured.
Collaborative.
Continuous.

Licensed Nurse Practitioners provide full—scope specialized attention within the scopes of sexual health, mental health or primary care. They are diagnosing, treating, ordering tests, and prescribing for treatment that sustain the well—being of a patient. Every visit is built around the root cause of your concerns, not just the symptoms, using an evidence—based, whole—person approach.

Appointments are unhurried, consistent with the same provider, and designed so you are never repeating yourself. Care is delivered in a private, respectful setting, with significantly shorter wait times than traditional clinics and longer appointment times.
