OUR approach
Difficulties with attention, focus, emotional regulation, or sustained motivation are not personality traits. In many adults, they reflect a neurological pattern that has gone unrecognised.
We evaluate history, presentation across contexts, and co—occurring factors before forming a clinical picture. Treatment, when indicated, is evidence—based and situated within a broader understanding of how a person actually functions.

Mental health consultations
Depression, anxiety, and ADHD are not character deficiencies or responses to modern life. They are disorders of brain function, with measurable patterns, evidence-based treatments, and real consequences when left unaddressed or poorly managed.
Consultations here are clinical in nature. That means a careful assessment of symptoms, history, and functional impact, followed by a management plan that is honest about what is known, what is uncertain, and what is likely to help.
